My password is also not working and neither is resetting the password. I then stated stated in the letter if they can reset my 2FA and my password. It has been almost 2 weeks.īinance wanted me to send in a copy of my passport and the details inside, a front and back copy of my driver license, my current time, and also a hand written letter. 'm still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Hoping they fixed something I tried to login again, which failed and locked me out for 2 hours due to too many failed login attempts lol. Update: Support wrote: "Sorry for the inconvenience. Any Binance guys that can look at this? This is a very unfortunate bug. If I wouldn't have had 2FA before the problem occured, this wouldn't have been a problem but because I already did it reverted back to my old 2FA while google auth already overwrote the old 2FA with the new one. I couldn't get rid of this message without re-adding 2FA, so I did, even though it didn't feel right to me. Which is weird, since I already had a 2FA code. Today I finally decided to move some funds and I got a message saying Binance "strongly advises using 2FA". I recently added the 2FA option for withdrawals as well, but didn't actually withdraw anything yet. I have been using Binance for almost a month without problems, and have been happily using Google Auth to login.
